People are not familiar with SF’s core values and services. The target audience included business partners, educational institutions, government, and NGOs. The project aimed to strengthen SF’s brand perception as an innovative, reliable, and community-focused leader in logistics. The proposal included an exhibition, a supporting advertising campaign, a next-generation flagship store, and strategic souvenir design. The main constraints were limited time, budget, and space.
To develop the concept, I researched exhibition interaction by visiting SF’s logistics centre and creating journey maps and user flows. I then explored ideas with team members and visualised interactive installations. For the mini exhibition, I was responsible for the layout design, content, and physical structure of a conveyor demo booth.
We presented the final concept to the clients, and they were satisfied with the execution.
